ADA Pedestrian Facilities Public Outreach Survey

The City of Charlotte is committed to providing safe and usable pedestrian facilities for all pedestrians, including those with accessibility needs.

Please fill out this survey to help the city assess pedestrian facilities in the public rights-of-way and provide guidance for accessibility improvements.
