Lenders should submit the following information in their request for subordination on company letterhead:

• Reasons for request   
• Borrower(s) name and property address
• New loan terms and payment details
• Old loan terms and payment details
• Name of the trustee for the first lien-holder
• Name and address of clsoing attorney
• indication of pick-up method (in-person or registered mail)                                       

Theses documents should be attached :

Lender request letter outlined above

Proposed HUD1 Settlement Statement (GFE)

Appraisal (Not Needed for FHA Streamline)

Note: if all documents listed above are  not attached, your request will be denied and a new submission will be required.
