Prior to filling out a HDC Final Inspection Request, all final project photos should be uploaded to the Charlotte Accela case file.
Each photo should be labeled and in JPEG, PDF, Word, or PowerPoint formats only.

If you don't have access to the Charlotte Accela case file, the labeled document should be emailed to charlottehdc@charlottenc.gov. Email subject should read:[ADDRESS] - Final Inspection Request
