Meetings are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis. Meeting times are Fridays 9:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m. (45 minutes each). Meeting comments and notes are based on conceptual and/or preliminary drawings and project information. The information and comments provided by staff at this meeting are not considered as binding in any form. Once the project plans are submitted for permit review, all current City ordinance and codes requirements, as well as fees, apply.
You will be scheduled for the next available meeting time and will receive a written email confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE Due to high demand, pre-submittal meetings are currently being scheduled approximately 6 weeks out.
Cancellation notice is required by 12:00 noon the Wednesday before the scheduled date. Cancellations after the deadline or no shows will be charged a fee of $500 when or if the meeting is rescheduled.
