Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Neighborhood Board Retreat, hosted by the City of Charlotte’s Housing & Neighborhood Services Department. This year’s theme, Building Trust: Deepening Neighborhood Engagement, will unite neighborhood leaders, city staff, and community partners to explore innovative solutions for stronger neighborhoods. Neighborhood organizations must have at least four participants for their application to be considered. All participants can be listed on one application.

To apply for the Neighborhood Board Retreat, please complete the registration form below. For-profit businesses and non-profits not linked to a specific neighborhood are ineligible.
