Neighborhood Board Retreat - Half-Day Registration
March 21, 2026, 8 a.m. - 12:00 pm

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Neighborhood Board Retreat, hosted by the City of Charlotte’s Housing & Neighborhood Services Department. This year’s theme, Building a Stronger Board Together, is designed for boards seeking to improve internal alignment, support leadership continuity, and strengthen how they function as a team through clearer roles, stronger onboarding and leadership practices, and building board credibility and community trust. For more information visit our NBR webpage. We are excited to open applications to residents who wish to attend the retreat individually, and are unable to bring a full group of participants.

This application is only for the morning portion of the Neighborhood Board Retreat (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).

Half-day participants will join the learning sessions and engage in peer-to-peer learning and discussion.
Light breakfast, and lunch provided.
Half-day participants are not eligible for retreat incentives.
