Annexation Pre-Sub

The purpose of this form is to request a Annexation Pre-Submittal Meeting prior to submitting a Annexation Petition. Do not complete this form if you have general questions about a piece of property or area.

Applicants are encouraged to provide as much information as possible in the pre-submittal form so staff can prepare for the meeting accordingly. However, please note that all information submitted in the form is public record. Only submit one Meeting Request per site.
