The Networks are identity based employee support and networking groups that help foster a sense of inclusion and visibility for employees who may face similar challenges within our workforce.
Network Goals:
- To foster a sense of inclusion among employees
- To create a safe space for employees to network and mentor each other
- To provide opportunities for leadership development
- To empower employees to create programming specific to their identity groups’ needs
- To create employee driven recruitment and representation opportunities in the community
