Charlotte is growing and changing rapidly. Our neighborhoods are more diverse than ever which can bring about challenges but also opportunity.  In this training, we will be joined by Janeen Bryant, a thought leader in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (DEIA), who will help us learn tangible ways we can be better neighbors as our neighborhoods transition. This training  will focus on how to: 

• Plan impactful conversations to share and discuss important issues
• Understand conflict as a part of the process
• Prioritize needs and follow-up with real outcomes
