Not sure if a City / Land Development review is required for a given project?

Please use this form below to submit information and a description of a proposed project along with a PDF site plan. Once submitted, it will be received by the CLT Development Center administration staff and will be circulated to the various review agencies to quickly determine potential requirements. As soon as possible, staff will respond via e-mail to let you know whether your project requires a plan submittal to the City for Land Development review.
