Join the Charlotte Department of Transportation for a guided Community Bike Share Ride using Lime and Bird electric bikes. This group ride will explore the Uptown CycleLink and connect into South End, highlighting key bicycle connections in the city. Riders will travel in a supported group with event staff.
There will be two ride options on Saturday, May 9. The first is at 11 a.m. and the second is at 1 p.m. This registration form is for the 1 p.m. ride. For the 11 a.m. ride, register through this form.
Each ride will last approximately one hour. Participants must be 18 years or older and are required to use a helmet. Riders should also download the Lime and Bird apps prior to the event.
The ride will begin at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC) plaza (600 E. Fourth St). Parking is available at the CMGC deck, and validation will be provided for participants who park there.
